Libre et libérée, notamment des contraintes de la musique non-idiomatique – et cette libération révèle alors des influences aussi nombreuses que variées: les mélodies précieuses, poétiques et atonales de Webern, les préparations et le silence de John Cage, l’improvisation moderne et aérée de Giuffre, les ritournelles populaires, l’improvisation free et organique, etc. Autant d’éléments qui parcourent cette suite de dix pièces courtes et variées. On y trouve en effet de nombreuses couleurs, vives, éclatantes ou sombres, des accents légers ou pesants. Chaque pièce renferme un univers singulier, intime, précieux et poétique. Un univers parfois naïf et doucereux, mais toujours très aéré et atemporel. Comme une suite de rêves sonores, de rêveries rétro-futuristes. Un bon début pour ce trio, qui nous révèle au passage une pianiste prometteuse. »
